Welcome to my website! I am introducing a business I am launching- Live Well. Be Well,LLC.
This is a business focusing on a wellness lifestyle that I am passionate about. For me, wellness is about living with moderation – taking care of myself and my family with prevention of disease and illness in mind, as well as a focus on tending the environment we live in. I have been a busy mom focused on raising my family for over 30 years! My oldest daughter will be 33 this year and my youngest daughter is graduating from high school this year! I am planning this business to help me ease into a new chapter of my life. I don’t think I like the idea of “empty nest”. It’s lonely and tear-provoking for me. I am framing this, instead, as a transition for me after a successful launch of my 5 children.
